Amateur Football
The local football club is often the centre of a town, and capable of bringing unparalleled joy and delight to its fans. The Brymbo amateur football team has a history that is filled with success. Our team are currently on their way back to repeating past triumphs.
Founded more than 60 years ago as part of the steelworks complex, Brymbo Football Club has a long, prestigious history. With a reputation as one of Wales' top amateur football clubs, they won the Welsh National League Championship on 10 occasions together with numerous cup successes. The pinnacle of their achievements was their Welsh Amateur Cup triumph in 1967.
Tennis Facilities
We offer 4 all-weather tennis courts with floodlights catering for all ages and abilities. Members may book courts 7 days a week free of charge while non-members can book our Pay and Play courts. Open to all full members, our Club Sessions are on Tuesday evenings from 6.00 p.m. and every Sunday morning from 10.00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Potential members are also welcome to attend these sessions up to three times, after which they are expected to join the Club.

Bowls Club
Brymbo Sports & Social Complex Ltd runs four bowls teams. New bowls members are always welcome, and information can be received from Gerald Davies, on 0785650489. Subs are charged at £2 per season for under 16s, £5 per season for over 60s, and £10 per season for members outside of these brackets. Team matches are played on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
Squash Club
Wrexham Brymbo Squash Club welcomes all levels of ability, from beginners to elite-level players. Opened in March 2007, the Club has two private, centrally heated squash courts that are among the best in the area. There are competitive teams in both the North West Counties and North Wales Squash Leagues; these include some of our promising junior players.

Cricket Coaching and Training
Using quality, onsite cricket facilities, we provide coaching and training for children aged nine and up. Equipment is available, although we are happy for players to bring their own.
